Amazing Hamptons Stay: Prime Location and Perfect for Privacy!

"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in the Hamptons. The location is perfect—extremely quiet and peaceful, yet just a short distance from East Hampton village. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, making it ideal for our group of three colleagues, with each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and convenience!

A great getaway with a standout pool

Had a great time away with the family at this secluded East Hampton retreat. The pool is beautiful and heated quickly and we all enjoyed it. The dogs accompanied us and it was really nice to have them there. A/C was strong. The acoustics around the TV aren’t ideal as the ceilings are cavernous and the room is very open and large - we used a Bluetooth speaker close by to offset some of the echo. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. Things to do in town seemed to be 10-20 mins away which was fine. It was nice that the street was not busy and the backyard and pool felt very isolated. Lawrence was agreeable, attentive and quick to respond to questions. Overall a very nice experience.

The pictures of the house do not do it justice! The property is gorgeous and serene with the deer visiting every day to wish us good morning! The house was set up beautifully for our family and was so clean! We had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Lawrence was a wonderful host and so accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent Hampton Home

The tenant made the entire process incredibly easy. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool and scenic view are also wonderful additions that we thoroughly enjoyed. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this house to others.

House has Bats!!!Nests. . .feces droppings. . .and a dead bat by the pool. And other 'issues'

We’ve been renting with VRBO for several years in East Hampton NY, but this was the worst rental experience we've ever had and would advise against staying here. We noticed several bat nests directly above the outdoor shower which created an abundance of black bat feces droppings on the outdoor shower floor and deck right by the outdoor dining table. We texted the owner and he said he was aware of the BAT nests but not the droppings. Really?? Daughter freaked when she almost stepped on a DEAD BAT by the pool. He removed it saying it was out of his control. Nothing else was done so we didn’t feel safe using the outdoor shower and outdoor table or even going outdoors for the last 5 days of our rental. Additionally. . .dishwasher didn't drain properly, old oven and worn pots and pans, very few bath towels, and garbage not picked up during our stay. Don’t stay here!

Modern Chic in East Hampton

House was perfectly clean & maintained - everything seemed brand new - not worn or aged from renters. Everything worked as it should... All around just a very cool modern house - we loved it!!
