2 story getaway with (3) bedrooms.
furnished w/ (1) Cal King and (2) full sized mattresses. Air mattress are available for overnight visitors.
Tankless hot water heater for long showers.
Front loading HE washer/dryer (included).
Gas heated 16'x32' swimming pool w/ removable child’s fence, grill & deck for outdoor bbq's along with wireless music & streaming video.
(2) 4K UHD home theaters, provide great entertainment options on rainy days.
Only 2.5 mi. to Sag Harbor & 4.2 mi. to downtown Easthampton for great shopping & fine dining.
Main Beach (ocean side) is 5.9 mi. away & bay is 1.8 mi. away.
If you drive an electric vehicle, I’ve got a Level 2 charger.
Finally, for peace of mind, there's a backup generator whenever there’s an outage.
