  • A newly renovated, 4br-4ba home is a perfect getaway from urban life. Defining features of this mid-century house: big windows & backyard with heated pool, high ceilings, and 2 wood-burning fireplaces. All 4 bedrooms are ideally laid out in separate wings. The eat-in kitchen features brand new appliances. New floors + freshly painted interiors make this home a perfect rental opportunity. Situated on 1.5 acres on a double lot, the house is 5 minutes from East Hampton Village, and Bay Beaches.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms
    All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, TVs, linen curtains, and closet space. Mattresses are all brand new memory foam and include parachute home linens.

    Outdoor
    Situated on 1.5 acres, perched on top of a hill, private driveway with parking space for four cars. It is surrounded by mature trees and vegetation. The pool area includes six chaise lounges, umbrellas, outdoor dining for ten guests, and a large propane grill. Weekly lawn maintenance to keep the backyard clean and monthly tick control service.

    ***PLEASE NOTE that heating the pool is an extra charge. Pool heat can run anywhere from $100-$200/day depending on your desired temp and the current weather outside and time of year—the final propane tally is to be calculated at the end of your stay.
