Amazing Stay

Great 3 bedroom apartment fully furnished. The unit has everything you need. The location is great too. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The view is great for people watching on a busy corner with big windows.

Great place to stay!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay while celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation! Spacious living room, very cute decor and good location. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance plus it is across the street from Cabela’s! The guys loved that! We did have issues communicating with the property manager when we got to Grand Forks, however, they made it right with us! We would stay there again!

Heck of a weekend

Was so impressed with the property. Was shocked that we couldn’t hear Cafe Bernie’s below us and the main living space accommodated all six of us easily with a beautiful view. Everything seemed brand new.

Another great visit

We had such a great time on our first visit that we couldnt wait to bring the extended family down on our next visit to town to watch our son’s Fighting Sioux take on Miami. This past visit didn’t disappoint as the property was extremely clean and as always the perfect location centrally located downtown (on the East Grand Forks) side. Highly recommended

Clean and stylish digs in East Grand Forks

Stayed here over graduation weekend and we were impressed with the cleanliness and quality furnishings. The bedding was luxurious and beds were comfortable. There was lots of seating, and kitchen was well stocked. Fun vibe with a Birds Eye view of downtown.

Frozen GF stay

Great place, above one thee best places to eat Bernie’s! Our stay was blessed with -30 degree weather, or property was warm! And walking distance to downtown GF.
