Staff very friendly. Night desk clerk, Mathew, was extremely helpful and engaging.
Wasn’t happy about being talked into a pre-usage amenity charge. Still not sure what it was supposed to be used for. This was a $69+ charger.
Also parking a block and half away was a $50 per day. Thought a bit high.

Beautiful layout. It is so well kept and main building still has old world charm. Inside and out seem like they have just been renovated. Very nice. Pool was great! furnishings excellent. Will definitely go back.

We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. Easy parking, great looking furnishings. But the only problem we had was that the internet and wireless was very slow and constantly dropped signals. The individual room thermostats with remotes were not so intuitive.
