Beautiful waterfront property

Spent a week at this beautiful home located in Falmouth. My family and I had the best time and are so grateful for opportunity to stay at this property Home is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the week relaxing on the dock, swimming and kayaking. Did not want to leave. Can’t wait to do this again!

Beautiful location

Property and house were just as described and pictured, in a quiet waterfront community. The pond is beautiful with clean water which made for great swimming, fishing and kayaking. The house was exactly as we expected with comfortable room sizes for our party of 8. There were some issues with the central air system when we first arrived…it was blowing out room temperature air not cold air to cool off the house. The owner was very quick to respond to our text about the issue and he tried to troubleshoot the issue himself remotely. When that didn’t resolve the issue he worked to get someone out to troubleshoot and fix the issue with the unit. We really appreciate the communication and actions taken to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Great Place to Enjoy Falmouth

This is our 2nd time staying on Jenkins Pond. Love the location and the house exceeded our expectations. Beautiful views, very clean and updated home. Amenities were great, we loved having the dock and the use of their kayaks and paddleboard. Property was well maintained and owner was available for questions or needs. Highly recommend!

Really beautiful property and house. Everything felt brand new. Ton of space to spend the weekend with family. Ended up raining so we spent half a day downstairs on the big couch watching tv! Couldn’t find the tv remote but we contacted the host and they were very responsive.

Lovely lake side stay.

We were very pleased with the property, particularly the lake, and the kayaks and paddle board were a real plus. There were a couple of minor issues, such as not having a bottle opener or cork screw for opening bottles available, and two of the pillows in one of the guest rooms had some mildew. But my family thoroughly enjoyed the house, the grounds, the grill, the lake and relaxed environment it provided. We would recommend this place to others.
