Property has Private beach in front looking toward Martha’s Vineyard. and Salt water pond in back, (great for wading to the sandbar at low tide) lots of wildlife. Plenty to do nearby. Gas fed outdoor grills and fire pit. Playground for kids. Property has beautiful indoor & out door pools. This unit is on the ground level with a patio, outdoor poolside. Great place for a quiet morning cup of coffee or tea!
