Nestled on over an acre of stunningly landscaped private land, this property adjoins a tranquil Nature Preserve conservation area. This immaculate clean contemporary colonial home is perfect for relaxation and adventure. Central AC, 2-car garage, office space, pool table, generator. A huge yard with a furnished patio, gas grill, gardens and out-door shower. This spacious home features three lavish bedrooms, each with luxurious king-size beds, plus a futon in the gym for additional sleeping space. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and the additional bedroom is on the second floor. Enjoy three full bathrooms, including a master suite with a gorgeous walk-in shower and a relaxing Jacuzzi tub (jets deactivated for soaking). The master also boasts a large walk-in closet. The property is approx: \- 8 minutes to Main Street Falmouth. \- 8 minutes to Barnstable County Fair Grounds. \- 10 minutes to Mashpee Commons. \- 10 minutes to Woods Hole / Martha's Vineyard Ferry \- 8 minutes to multiple beautiful Cape beaches. \- 8 minutes to several golf courses. On the first floor, you'll find a stunning chef's kitchen with a side pantry, second refrigerator, and prep area—perfect for cooking enthusiasts! The living room is equipped with an Italian leather sofa and a 60-inch mounted TV. Apple TV is connected to every television in the house, so you can stream with ease—no cable needed. (Compatible to use with your own Apple TV account.) Relax in the beautiful enclosed sunroom filled with lush plants, perfect for sipping morning coffee on the leather couch or chair. The home also has Alexa devices for your convenience. (must have your own Alexa account) Upstairs, there's a well-equipped home gym for fitness enthusiasts. Please note that using the gym equipment is at your own risk; we are not liable for any injuries. It is recommended to use the equipment under supervision and to ensure you know how to operate it safely. There's also an office space on the second floor as well as an entertainment area equipped with a pool table. The third bathroom and the third bedroom are also located on the second floor. The house is equipped with central air conditioning, a two-car garage, and ample driveway parking. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower and a new washing machine and dryer. We provide linens, towels, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have full access to the entire house, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please note that the basement is off-limits, except in case of emergencies such as plumbing or air conditioning issues. Additionally, there are two storage closets upstairs that are locked and reserved for the owner’s personal belongings. We have a 24/7 property management company that is available to help the guest with any concerns questions issues or problems. You will also have direct access to the owner in case of emergencies or for some reason the property management company isn't responsive. A few important notes: The gym is an excellent space for physical fitness; however, please be aware that use is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may occur while using the equipment. We welcome one well-behaved, housebroken dog. The house features central air conditioning, but due to rising energy costs, we kindly ask you to be mindful when using it. We ask that the temperature not be set below 72°F, and please do not operate the air conditioning with windows or doors open. This is not only wasteful but can lead to equipment issues, including the potential for the unit seizing.
