Amazing location and wonderful host!
If you are looking for a beautiful and secluded vacation then this is your spot. It's perched location gave a spectacular view of sunsets from it's beautiful pool in a very thoughtful garden setting. The host is quick to answer any questions and even met us at a grocery store to ensure we were able to reach the remote location at night. The host was also as present as your comfort level required. While the guest house did not have a full kitchen it was fully equipped to make meals with a BBQ and camp stove. We look forward to our next visit!

Stayed for three weeks 2020
Loved this property and the owner Pearl. She was am excellent source of information and guidance. The experience of Tortola can be described as adventurous and breathtaking. We loved it.....we do not want to be shoulder to shoulder with people and nor do we want to wait in a line to sign up for a day out.....just show up and go to another island or ask Pearl! Beaches were spectacular....and so is Pearl’s yard.

If I could give more stars I would.
I'm not sure which to gush about first, the hosts or the home. Either way, both made this trip absolutely stellar. The home feels like something out of Conde Nast magazine with it's flawless West Indies architecture and spot on interior decor. Pearl hasn't skimped on anything with beautiful and plentiful linens, down filled pillows and mattresses, and luxury towels. She offers a desktop computer and even a local cell phone for away-from-home conveniences. Wherever you are on the property or in the house, you have one of the most epic views on the island. The amenities on the property alone; gas fire pit, cliff side pool, bbq and outside dining area, rival that of an expensive inclusive resort but, with the all of the benefits of having your own space. I, myself, am a chef having owned my own restaurant, and cooked almost every one of our meals at the property. I found the kitchen set up to be absolutely perfect. The beach (Little Bay), at the bottom of the hill, is a steep but short walk from the house, and worth every single step. My husband and I left our son sleeping and had coffee and a swim there every single morning of our trip and never saw as much as another footprint in the sand. You will not find a home this stunning, with the views this property offers, for this price. The Hosts! The absolute best hosts we've ever met. We felt as though we had all the privacy we wanted, even though they reside on the same property. You may find the stunningly beautiful, Pearl, under a straw hat, unobtrusively tending to her tomatoes or other gems in her garden. Her knowledge of Tortola, it's surrounding islands, and how it all use to be when she was a kid, was priceless, and she was eager to share it with us over a few evening cocktails. Marco is Pearl's handsome husband and could not be more friendly, welcoming, accommodating or helpful. My husband, myself and our son connected with them instantly and enjoyed a few memorable dinners with them during our stay. They offer total privacy, if that's how you roll. We swam in the pool and had breakfast under the pergola as if we were completely alone on the property. The two residences sit on the property in such a way that you feel completely separated, only sharing the driveway. The hosts integration is only instigated by the guest. We had such an amazingly stellar trip, thanks to Pearl, Marco, and their impeccable Villa Zenaida, that we booked our next trip before we left.

Thank you Kelly. You, Chris and Taj felt like family. It was the greatest pleasure having you here and sharing conversations, food and libations. We are happy that the guesthouse exceeded your expectations. That means a lot to both of us. I will try to see what else I can wow you with before your return in March. Pearl

What a beautiful place to call home !
The guesthouse is gorgeous & very comfortable. The property sits high on a hill overlooking the ocean & you hear surf crashing all night. Heaven. A pool, stairs & huge palm tree separate the dwellings & honestly it felt very private. Pearlette is a super host !!! We thank you ! ❤️

Unbelievably beautiful experience!
Villa Zenaida is by far the most beautiful place my husband and I have stayed on vacation. We could not have been more comfortable nor seen such grand views right from our bedroom. We swam at a beautiful beach just below the house and visited the local sites. The grounds were beautiful! We will definitely be back! Thank you Villa Zenaida for the experience and such a peaceful setting.

A slice of paradise.
This charming guest house is perfect for two or four people, with two very comfortable bedrooms and baths, each with direct access to a terrace with stunning views of the Caribbean and Guana Island and its harbor and beach. Both bathrooms are generous, one with a large, very private, outside shower, the other with a shower door opening directly to the terrace. The house sits high on one of Tortola's many steep hills, at the bottom of which, two minutes away, is one of the most pristine and virtually private beaches on the island. There is a lovely pool for guests and owners just below the guesthouse. The owners are charming and hospitable and extremely helpful and will treat you as their personal house guests.

SOME IMPROVEMENT TO DO .
.Pearlette came to pick up us in the airport. This was very nice of her. You need a jeep to get to the house but the view is worth it . Beautiful view , very well decorated guesthouse . The pool and the terrace its not easy to use because it's attached to the main house and you will feel as if the owner were in the dining room.... , no privacy at all .We were planing to use the pool Sunday after beach but the owner had a dinner there and then the pool was cover with a protection . I am a chef and i was feeling a little bit sad , this place is really a room you rent, not a house . I believe a barbecue will be welcome but not in the main house . You have nothing to cooking in, not even an egg .. except a microwave / oven ... ... DAVID

David, thank you for both your booking and your feedback. They are most appreciated. In response to the review, the description of the guest house states that the owners live on property and that the pool is attached to the main house and guests may feel free to use it. It is not listed as a private pool. And our dining room is outside on the terrace. We had dinner around 7:30pm. David and his guest were not at the house when we sat down. If they wanted to use the pool upon their return, our eating dinner should not have interfered. The pool cover rolls back in less than 2 minutes. The listing also states that the guesthouse has a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, toaster and convection oven, and the photos reflect this. It is quite easy to cook in a convection microwave. I even have specific instructions on how to do so in our welcome material. Furthermore, we offered the use of the grill to him and his guest, and they said it was not necessary. Had he said that he would prefer it upstairs, then we would have taken it upstairs which would have been no issue. Again, it was a pleasure having David and Jo. In my opinion, he was the perfect guest. Our guesthouse was just not the perfect match for him.
