Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am. Pets are welcome, but they must be kept off all furniture (including beds, couches, and chairs etc). Pets and glass are also prohibited at the pool.

Unauthorized overstaying for 1 hour or more: Charge is equivalent to 1 night fee
Unauthorized parties: $3,000 fines

Violating the House rules may result to penalties depending on the severity of the case:

We loved our stay. We prefer quieter vacation and this location delivered. The area was not crowded, our kids had fun at the pools and on the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
