Directly across the the front yard is the pathway to the private dock and screened dock house. Guests can enjoy fishing or sunbathing from the dock (HOA restricts boat or kayak use by guests.) The screened dockhouse is waiting for you to enjoy an afternoon picnic. The house is equipped with fiber internet, making it possible to stream your favorite shows or gaming. USB ports are located in each bedroom and throughout the house. Incredible restaurants and fun local shops round out a vacation stay with food and fun. We were busy with events, so we didn’t cook - but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. As with most of the properties surrounding the lake, the home has some age.
