"This is our second time staying here. We love it! The staff is so kind & accommodating. The food was great, especially the al a cart restaurants. The Koi & Braseria are our favorites! The beach is beautiful with lots of beach chairs. If you want great drinks, see Jeremius at La Palapa bar & Marco at the lobby bar. They can make almost anything. Rooms are spacious & clean. Housekeeping was fantastic! "

"The resort is amazing and i have to say that i would love to come back but the staff most of the staff were miserable… they were always kinda bothered by us if you had any questions and most of the tourists had the same impression about the staff !!! I gave a big tip to the lady that cleans my room and i told her if she can make it a bit special bc it was my husband s b day and we came to the room nothing was done very disappointed!!! The beverages most of the good ones the keep them under the table !!!!"

"We loved our stay here. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. They never stop cleaning everything! We really enjoyed the food especially The Grill and Agave. We had tons of fun at the nightly entertainment. Definitely will return."

"The hotel was beautiful and well kept, the weather was a bit off, but we made the best of the trip although it did rain quite frequently. Something that didn’t sit well with me was the amount of beach that they provide. There is a very small section where we can get into the ocean and all there was around us were catamarans. It was definitely very annoying and we had to go to different beaches in order to experience very clear waters. Please be aware that the swimming area in the ocean is very limiting. This was something that was very important to me, but I guess I just didn’t do my research extensively other than that I was treated with a lot of respect and the staff was relatively friendly."
