(573 reviews) This hotel has the potential to be a 5 star but there’s still things that need improvement. When checking in the front desk staff are friendly but they don’t know much about the room and amenities. Breakfast is included but as we went there wasn’t any food left and the staff wouldn’t refill the stations, basically you pay for a first come first serve even tho it’s buffet style. The rooms are VERY clean and well stocked. The cleaning service was the only staff that went above and beyond. I was on the 5th floor royal executive suite and in the morning leaving my room I smelled the most rank fish smell in the hallways. It made myself and family sick to our stomach and rushing for fresh air. I would recommend a stay here but beware that they do have improvements to be made.
