"The hotel is a heritage gem in the center on Kolkota. While it doesn’t boast the polish of a newer hotel, it checks the box on every comfort including AC, a beautiful upstairs sitting room full of historical photos and antiques as well as a lovely garden terrace to take one’s meals. The staff is gracious and attentive."

"Unhelpful and ambiguous hospitality. Upon check in they charged us double than what was confirmed on the phone few days prior to arrival. It's an old hotel, rooms are not maintained as well as they show you on the photos. Wouldn't book again."

I got in late when I arrived and they were ready for me. They had all my bags to the room and I was settled quickly and comfortably. The apartment was clean and exactly as described.
