  • Discover the beauty of Easley from this 2-bedroom house! The home has the both the vintage charm of early 20th century living on four acres with modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and worthwhile.

    -Home includes full kitchen and dining area with two bedrooms and two full baths (both located on first floor). Attic floor includes a queen bed for additional sleeping space. **Note** there's no bathroom on attic floor and guest bathroom is a hike from upper floor; stairs are steep.

    -Detached garage on site has been converted to storage space but there is plenty of parking in the lawn area or driveway.

    -Downtown Greenville is under 20 minutes away. Midway to Greenville (8-10 minute drive) from home is popular Powdersville area. Good dining is nearby, with restaurants such as Kolache Factory, Antonio's Pizza, Reuben's, Coastal Café and Creamery, Shane's Rib Shack and Tropical Smoothie. Main strip includes Chick-Fil-A, McDonald's, Wendy's, Arby's , etc. as well. Grocery includes Aldi, Walmart and Ingles.

    -St. Francis Hospital in Greenville is about the same distance as Greenville Memorial (15 minutes). Baptist Easley hospital and Powdersville urgent care are both about a 10 minute drive from the house.

    -Clemson University is about a 30-35 minute drive if you're in for a game. Rideshare service is active in the area and many drivers like to visit Clemson to cash in on game crowds. Furman University and Greenville Tech are both around 25-30 min away.

It was very clean, spacious, and very welcoming and cozy. I definitely appreciated that there were labels telling you where things were and which light switches were for what. It was all just very homey feeling. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

We were in town visiting family friends, we enjoyed exploring downtown Greenville and all of the good local eats! The house was perfect, very charming! I loved the character. I would book again next time I’m in the area.

Host was quick to respond and most gracious. This property is a gem for travelers who appreciate historical homes. It is not a luxury property BUT it is a wonderful old property where I found myself wishing those walls could talk.

Very charming home, great character! Spacious! Very peaceful area, close to shopping areas.If I had to critique any area it would be the kitchen, I cook when we go places and the available cookware was a challenge.But overall it was a great house
