The only thing that was missing was when I checked in the front desk agent asked for my info, a cc, and gave me my keys. No welcome info, no amenity info, no direction- nothing. I had never been there before and that was a huge miss from a hospitality standpoint.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The bathrooms, the rooms, the casino everything was spotless. I wouldn’t change a thing. Everything was perfect.
