It is right on the water and has easy boat access. There needs to be some clarification on whether or not personal firepits are allowed. The property owners had one with wood on site for us to use and it was listed as an amenity. When we began the fire we were approached by 3 other property owners who were upset and informed us it is not permitted per the bilaws and only the Communal firepits can be used.
