The location was great the setting was beautiful if you want to be right on the water this is perfect. Even though the cabins were close in this area it was so quiet. Would highly recommend.
We had a great time with family at this vacation home. Jeaneane was great to work with and so accommodating. The views were amazing as we enjoyed watching the family of eagles. The lake is quiet and great for fishing and kayaking. Plenty of room for our family of eight.
We stayed three nights in late October. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet at that time of year. Jeannine is a great host. It is pet friendly. It has enough pots and pans and utensils to cook with, the coffee maker has a coffee pot and single brew for K- cups. The view of the lake is great. Having two bathrooms is a plus.

Our stay was wonderful, super clean, pet friendly, lots of space, great deck with beautiful views. Our host Jenneane is very nice, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Saw lots of eagles & loons and an otter. Nice walks down the quite road. Piers for boats were great. Saw the Northern lights, close to Eagle River town. Would highly recommend.
Great accomodations & beautiful view of lake and the great north woods. Jeeneane was a delight to work with. Fantastic stay! Hope to be back next year.
Jenneane was very accommodating and the cabin was as advertised. We rented a boat for the week and the docks provided easy access for the family. Started catching fish from the dock within 10 minutes! Campfires every night, Weber grill provided allowed us to cook up dinner or a quick ride to eagle river or st Germaine to eat out.
Very cute cabin that is literally steps from the lake. We loved the tree lined drive to get to the cabin! Beauty abounds for walking and hiking, boating, or just sitting on the deck. The cabin had plenty of room for my husband and I and could easily sleep more in the extra bedrooms. Also it only takes roughly 15-20 minutes to get to town.
Had a wonderful and relaxing week. Cabin was all set and clean on arrival. The view of Dam Lake from the deck is incredible, had views of eagles flying across the bay all week. Jenneane is so great to have as a host as she will be right there to answer any questions we may have. Will continue to be back for our summer vacation week on the lake.
Our hostess greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. The bay was nice an quiet and was visited by eagles, loons and beavers. We had a very nice week with good weather. The wifi is not strong enough if you need to work during you stay, but is fine if you need to check the weather and such. It was a little closer to neighbors than expected. The view and porch were wonderful.
Had a great time at the cabin. Had everything we needed for a great time fishing, tubing, pontooning, and making s’mores. Check-in was seamless. WiFi connection was great. Really enjoyed it.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
We loved the water access but the house could've been cleaner and better stocked for our week long stay.
Beautiful setting, large deck overlooking the lake, extremely clean, fire pit , row boat, large pier, inside decoration is outstanding! Host was very easy to work with. Communication was top rate, the location is close to Eagle River and St Germain. Would certainly stay here again!!
Everything was as described, the view from the deck was beautiful from the eagle flying around to the sunrise and the fall color, we saw lots of deer in the area and turkey. the boat launch was nearby and convenient, fishing was pretty good for fall. Just a wonderful and relaxing place to stay, We did go to Pitlicks a local bar and restaurant and the food drinks and atmosphere were great
Whether on the deck or in the living room, one has a beautiful peaceful view of Pike Bay. The cabin has lots of space and what appears to be newer appliances. Although there is another cabin connected to this one, our place was very quiet throughout our stay.
I did not realize this was an old restaurant that was converted into two units. You could literally hear the people next to you at the dinner table. The owner stopped in unannounced so many times during our stay, we felt like we were staying at the in-laws. I go up North to get away. Not have a owner watching my every move. We had guest over one night and during cocktails made the guest get up and move their car. The Master bedroom has to walk all the way to the other end to use the bathroom. Which for some my age is not fun! (64). I would not go back.
We had a very nice stay. The location of the property is in a little bay that reduced overall water traffic at the dock - which was okay for us. It was very easy out of the bay for water skiing/ tubing. This also made a quite area for tootling paddle boards over towards the loons and the eagles nest, or even paddling over to Pitlick's on Sand Lake.
Our side of the Duplex has a sweet little deck for almost all day sun. The cabin is small but comfy. The bunk room has little ventilation so it got really warm and stuffy at night. There is a fan, but wouldn't hurt to bring another.
We had a couple of overcast and rainy days - and with no washer or dryer, made for some soggy towels. When you bring all the beach towels and bath towels; it's an inconvenience without (even just a dryer would have been great). But the sun came Thursday and we had towels hanging all over that deck!
Our host was very kind and attentive. Communication was easy and pleasant. We had a nice stay!
