With a combined 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and over 5,500 square feet of living space, this upscale side-by-side rental is ideal for multi-family vacations, reunions, retreats, or any group looking for space, style, and outdoor adventure in beautiful Eagle River, Wisconsin.  
  
Each unit features an open-concept floor plan, luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, and cozy fireplaces. You'll find well-appointed kitchens with all the essentials, spacious living and dining areas, and plenty of natural light throughout. Between the two units, there are two primary suites, two daylight walk-out basements with additional bedrooms and family rooms, and ample space for everyone to relax or spread out. High-speed internet and central air conditioning are included, making remote work or streaming a breeze.  
  
Step outside to enjoy a private covered patio or deck space, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation on either side of the duplexes. These homes sits in wooded surroundings and access to a network of walking and biking trails. For water lovers, three public boat launches to the Eagle River Chain are less than five minutes away. For guests looking to explore the water, you'll have the opportunity to use a provided boat slip. As part of your stay, this would allow you to take full advantage of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes.   
  
Eagle River is a four-season destination packed with outdoor adventure and small-town charm. In summer, enjoy boating, kayaking, and fishing on the Chain of 28 Lakes—one of the largest freshwater chains in the world. Explore nearby parks like Riverview Park and Silver Lake Beach, or hike the scenic trails in the Nicolet National Forest. Rent bikes and ride the Three Eagle Trail, a beautiful stretch that connects Eagle River to Three Lakes through peaceful woods and wetlands. In winter, the area becomes a snow lover’s paradise with hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails (this home is located directly on the snowmobile trail), cross-country skiing, and ice fishing opportunities. Downtown Eagle River offers boutique shopping, cozy cafes, local breweries, and the famous World Championship Snowmobile Derby track.
