"Breakfast was pretty weak. Super tiny breakfast area. Had to go down the road to a sister hotel to use the pool and hot tub, which was not real convenient. But the price was very good, room was clean, and I guess you get what you pay for. "

"Everything a person needs is available. We stayed at the Yellow Room which offered 3 separate beds... 1 queen in a room, and two twin beds in another separate room. Walk up the stairs from the outside. Electronic key pad for entrance is handy. Very good communication from the owner. "

"Staying at this hotel in the winter (off season) was not ideal. Too much snow, parking challenging, and hotel office closed. Room was fine, but no view of the lake. My room key didn’t work on my last day, so staff had to re-issue a new key. For winter, I recommend staying 7 miles north in town..Grand Marie…where there are more guests, better overall parking, access to businesses and customer service."
