"Great location, easy to get in and out of (on access road). Parking was good, nice fairly open space. Good customer service- kind, quick and efficient. Price was GREAT! Trader Joe's and Vons just down the street. "

"Overall, we had a really fun stay and made great family memories here. The location was excellent, the open floor plan was perfect for a group, and the backyard was easily the highlight. The kids loved the zip line, air hockey, golf setup, axe throwing, pool, and jacuzzi. This place is clearly built to be a fun party house.That said, the house has definitely been ridden hard and put away wet. It could use some TLC and repairs. Running joke from the kids all weekend was: “Why is everything broke, Dada?” When we arrived, the house smelled strongly of cats, which we eventually traced to the sunroom. Closing that room off helped a lot. The fancy espresso machine also didn’t work just dispensed fancy hot water, also a Keurig but I only brought regular ground coffee, so I made cowboy coffee, and chilled outside with the plants and birds. The biggest issue was the pool/jacuzzi setup. The kids woke up excited to swim only to find out the pool was freezing and heat required 24hr notice and a 100 fee. Pool guy came next day and turned on the heat, kids swam while it heated. A couple hours later pool guy shut it off, we took a break and came back later discovering the jacuzzi completely drained. W T F? When I texted the host, I got: “Done for today. Have a good night.”To be fair, the host did offer to heat it the next morning for free, but we were checking out by thenDespite the issues, we stayed positive, laughed thru the blunders and still had a wonderful time together."

"The outdoor space here was tremendous. Pool was awesome, great hot tub, large outdoor dining area, cool gaming room, wonderful view. House is spacious with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, room for many. One of the bedrooms lacked a closet and there was no dresser or bureau provided to unpack things, and the living room couches left something to be desired, but those were really our only ‘notes.’ Overall this was a superb vacation spot and we would most certainly stay here again!"

"Location is great. But this is really a two star place if that. They are trying, but there is trash around and non professional construction all over. Its really the price. If it werent 400 a night it could be justified.. It is short staffed and run by one woman who is kinda snobby. Cool land, cabns and buildings. But it wouldn’t take too much to clean up the plan, do some real landscaping and really make it into an oasis. So much potential! We picked up a bunch of trash up by the silver dome that is totally neglected . Quite run down overall, but great vibe."

"Although I would rate the overall stay as 5 star, I can always come up with a few ideas for improvement.1. The wattage of the bedside lights are much too low for comfortable reading.2. As one enters the bathroom area, one of the lights above the sink didn't work, and i forgot to leave a message for the maid.3. Although I was advised that the pool was heated to 85 degrees, it wasn't heated. I went for a few laps one afternoon and it took me about 2 hours to warm up.The immediate grounds; flowers, shrubs and landscaping was immaculately maintained. The large bathroom area included a large shower, a claw tub, and separate sink areas. This was one of the largest bathroom closet areas that we have ever enjoyed with any rental. With all of my hunting and searching for rentals in the area, I thought this VRBO was a good value. We felt very safe and secure during our stay.Dr. BTucson, AZ"

"This property has everything you could ask for. We didn't even realize the house also had a ping pong table. The owners communicated with us, and we're nothing but helpful. The view from the property is magnificent! "

"It was excellent and well equipped. The hot tub didn’t seem to work until the last day. A few more throws would have been nice since the weather was cooler. The rooms were very nice. The pool, playroom and mini golf were big hits with our littles! "

"The layout of the house was perfect for 6 adults. We enjoyed being able to pick and use a lemon and some oranges. The master shower was a bit tricky and came off the rack but someone was there quickly to fix it. It might be a good idea to let guests know when to expect the landscapers and garbage man to be there also. The hot tub was a nice way to relax as well."

"The Vineyard views were picturesque and the lovely. The place was super cute and perfect for 2 people."
