(1,002 reviews) Cleanliness in the rooms- they smell like mold. The male bartenders at the infinity pool were awful, only cared about flirting with girls, not pouring drinks. Windows was excellent- Carlos is top notch, as well as the other waitstaff. Rose at bar tapas was also a highlight. She was very attentive a went above and beyond. Other restaurants and waitstaff felt more like a factory, no personal touch. The tiki bar is also a favorite, best food onsite during the day. Infinity pool and sea breeze food is gross. The shuttle drivers are great, and of course the doorman in the front lobby is a highlight. He knows everything going on at all times. He is the resorts biggest asset. Front desk staff was awful for check in. People reserving pool chairs in the middle of the night for the entire week is not acceptable. They also did not use them all day. All around was a subpar experience and will not be back. Felt too much like a factory. (1,001 reviews) Overall the staff was very friendly. I was traveling with a group of 7 and we requested our rooms to be near each other well ahead of arrival. We were placed in 3 separate buildings (1, 4, 13) almost as far away as possible. The explanation of what was included in our all-inclusive package was rushed and confusing when we checked in. I finally found a chart of restaurants/bars included in each package online after an extensive search. Please make this easier for future guests. Food was fine….nothing special even at Windows. Service at all the bars & restaurants was great! Friendly, accurate, and they took great care of the small kids in our party. Nonexistent nightlife…every option shut down by 9:30 or 10pm. I wasn’t looking for a party ant but having a glass of wine or a cocktail after 10pm while on vacation shouldn’t be an issue. Overall it was a good experience but I will stay elsewhere if I return to Aruba.
