This was an amazing stay! We very much enjoyed our stay, was very homey and everything was easily accessible and they had lots of things for the kids to keep them occupied! Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again for future trips!

Overall, it was a nice stay.

We really enjoyed the location and the house. The only problem we had was the internet was spotty and the cable was spotty during the day and basically didn't work in the evening or night.

Great propert and great host!

Came up here for an elk hunt. The property was an ideal location to our unit, but also everything we needed to stay warm and enjoy the weather while the men were out. Super clean, hot water, and fully stocked kitchen. Penny was incredibly responsive. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the puzzle (which we completed). This is a great place to stay.

This house was perfect for our family while we prepared for a wedding weekend! The host was very communicative and easy to contact. We didn’t have any urgent or special needs but if we did, there was no doubt that she would do her best to help any way possible! If we are ever needing to stay in Eager again, this is the place for us!

Stress free and welcoming home, pet friendly!

The host was very communicative and ensured I was aware of how to check in. The home was clean and cozy. There is a bay window that overlooked the front yard which was a nice highlight for me. This property was ideally located within range of lots of outdoors activities, local food spots but also a fully equipped kitchen when wanting to cook in and a grocery store (local eateries were closed on Sunday) . We hiked Thompson Trail and the little Colorado river walk. Our dogs (small) really enjoyed the fully fenced yard as well as the trails. The front yard was their preference but the back yard is much larger and accommodating to run around or have family time.

This was a very cozy house with room enough for 9 people or more to sleep comfortably. Not far from restaurants. Included is a Ping Pong table, darts and multiple games to play. Extra blankets, pillows and a roomy kitchen. Enjoyed taking off to explore the mountains and see the fall colors. Penny was a great and gracious host.

The house was better than the pictures! Very cozy and would definitely recommend. Our only recommendation would be to bring an additional AC unit or fan. The other two rooms did get hot, but we are from Texas, so we just dealt with it.
