### New apartment with garden in a rural house with sea views

Beautiful 84 m2 apartment in the rural house Casa Rural Haritza. In te countryside. With sea views from the garden and large windows.  
10 minutes walking to Ea beach.  
We are excited to open the accommodation for the first time in 2025.  
  
It is located in a privileged and quiet environment on the coast, with hiking trails and coves. Near Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve and with an offer of activities like surfing, kayaking...  
  
This spacious accommodation is a perfect place to relax and rest.  
  
Casa Rural Haritza is a rural house that consists of three apartments. Two of them are for tourist accommodation (Apartment Ekialde and Apartment Mendebalde). The third one is for the uso of the hostess. Each apartment has a separate entrance from the garden.  
  
The Apartment Ekialde has a hall, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room/bedroom and a bathroom.  
The living room has a confortable 1.6 m sofa bed. The bedroom has a 1.6 m bed, a work table and a single sofa bed.  
It also has an outdoor dinning area and a porch for the apartment, from where you can see the sea. Both for private use of the apartment.   
  
84 m2 useful + porch.  
  
Outdoor dining area with sea view.  
  
All rooms have large windows and the kitchen, bedroom and living room have access to the garden with outdoor furniture.  
  
Electric blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room.
