"This hotel is definitely not 4 stars. Location is decent but rooms, elevators, and hallways need a facelift or at minimum be fixed by quality professionals. I have stayed at plenty of DoubleTrees with no complaints but this one doesn’t live up to the standards. The room was not cleaned well, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling, the shower caulk was black, the shower floor was stained with black mark, and the whole room just felt outdated. Unfortunately we could not get a refund so we sucked it up and stayed for the one night we booked. Avoid this hotel if you are paying and expecting a four star hotel, this is definitely not it. I wish you the best if you decide to move forward with your booking as I did and hopefully it a better experience. "

"Nice, quiet hotel with modern, spacious rooms and helpful staff. Decent restaurant, good bar. After a long, challenging day of travel, they made everything easy. Will stay again."

"The location was great very close to the airport and the metro station to move around the city. Staff very polite, professional and helpful with upgrades options and directions. Definitely we will come back"

"Good stay on layover. Close to LAX. Alot of business walking distance right across street Ralph's, starbucks, In-out etc. Room super comfortable. Free breakfast good. Excellent shuttle service running every half hour. Would definitely recommend. "

"The staff were welcoming helpful and friendly, check in was fast and simple, the room was clean, the breakfast plentiful, both hot and cold options available catering for most individuals requirements. A lovely little gem located in close proximity to LAX, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Location is located very close to LAX. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast options were great considering there is no additional charge for breakfast. Please note that it is $30 a day for parking, however it was very convenient because of the in and out privileges and it was covered parking below ground. I would recommend this stay for the clean rooms, kind staff and proximity to LAX."
