This hotel was very poor and we regret booking it. Staff clearly did not care - we had no TV remote for 3 hours and had to ask multiple times for them to find a replacement. Staff sat on their phones claiming they were too busy to help. Our room was cleaned in a rush - there were clumps of fluff/dust on the tables and dirt on some of the bedding. They weren't able to, and the only solution they offered was a downgrade to a smaller room where the TV was placed on top of a wardrobe in the corner of the room, meaning part of the TV was always blocked too. Staff never once offered an apology. Manager Abby was entirely useless, unable to make any decisions without calling the owner. Owner Ila was entirely unsympathetic to our room with no TV and offered no apology or compensation. Shuttle itself was fine but hourly, which is too infrequent for a 6 minute drive. Food tasted okay but nothing at all was labeled. My partner has an egg allergy and was told to look up a dish herself to see if it had eggs in, as the staff weren't sure. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, this place is literally UNSAFE for you! Coffee machine was broken and staff would not resolve the issue. The grounds were nicely decorated and the lawn area was nice in the sunshine. Handwash smelled great although the pump for it was broken. If you are looking for a cheap stay near the airport between flights, pay a tiny bit more and stay closer to the airport - we would if we were there again.
