Excellent option for vacation stay. We had cool air conditioner, good WiFi, kitchenette with electric stove and kitchenware. Hot/cold water runs well.
Good hotel restaurant and there are many others in the area.Very close to the beach. There are mini shops close by. And a lot of sun, sand and ocean! The host and the staff are very kind, responsive and very helpful.
Highly recommended!

Very nice place to stay! Close to beach, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was very good.
We had a amazing time there very safe and everyone was wonderful.
We set up pick up transfer from the airport to hotel. There was some confusion on where the pick up was, they picked us up in friends and family zone… not taxi pick up area.

Lovely, clean, Mayan-inspired rooms and a helpful team! The location is a bit out of town and I don’t recommend walking there at night due to a few reactive dogs in the neighborhood, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of!

Shambalanté staff is extraordinary and wonderful. They kept track of our arrival since the airport until we got there. They explained everything, they offered us natural lemonade, pecans and natural made cookies. The place is absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is supreme.
