"Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating. There is a common kitchen with all the amenities: a small oven, gas, electric kettle, so it was super convenient to also make some simple...

"Great location in walking distance to all the sites and great restaurants. Modern and spacious room and bathrooms with wood floor. Super comfy mattress and pillows. Front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. Great 10/10 breakfast from 8-12noon so no need to rush. Highly recommended."

"Our stay at the Telegraph was absolutely fantastic. We were enamored by all the hotel facilities. Let’s start with the room, the layout was fantastic and we loved the little seating area where we could look onto the Main Street (ignore the construction for the time being!) The breakfast spread was even better. Every morning we would place our egg order then grab some fruits, cheese, meats and tea. Chef’s kiss! Moving onto the gym… we are hardcore workout people, so the gym met our needs. I was able to do the same exact exercises I did at home. The sled, kettlebells, rope, etc. everything I needed! I miss the gym already. Lastly, the rooftop… my friend was tired and went to bed early so I got to enjoy a tea in the evening by myself. That hour was truly one of the most memorable hours of my life. I sipped my tea, looked at the stunning view, and thought to myself how lucky am I. My life choices brought me to the very spot and I was so proud of that. Thank you for the best stay, I truly love Georgia and will be back soon!"

"Amazing modern beautiful hotel in the center of Tbilisi. Room was big and well equipped, bathroom was very beautiful as well with Toto toilets;) The manager on the reception was very helpful and gave us access to their lounge zone, this was very convenient. Would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Tbilisi."

"Nice, practical property, plenty of parking and wel-maintained rooms. Minor issue with inadequate toiletries and towels, and could do with alittle more table space (tea facilities occupy same space as desk top, if you need to work. But the location is outside but walkable to town centre and quiet and peaceful at night."
