The hotel is in a good location, and staff were generally helpful, however the hotel its self needs updating in regards to its rooms and amenities. Our room was like a sweat box with the fan making little to no difference. The window could barely open and even during the night a breeze was not circulating. Air con is a necessity in the summer months. Thank God we were only staying 1 night or would have moved hotels. Bathroom was not that clean and in need of a paint job.
We had requested an extra fan but request was not fulfilled

"Beautiful views! So nice that have elevators for luggage too. Although elevators a little confusing as you need to exit one set and walk to another set of elevators. Dining was very good especially the breakfast. Live singer in the onsite restaurant in the evening. Very good stay!"

"The grounds are incredibly beautiful. Its right on the water with beautiful falls flowing through the property. The hotel is well maintained. There is a free shuttle to Kenmare which is only a few min away. The town of Kenmare was so quaint with great restaurants and pubs. We ate at the Stables Restaurant ..."
