"This is a great mid-range hotel in a great location to explore Durmitor (you can even walk to the black lake, though we chose to drive). The staff go above and beyond to help you plan your trip (definitely hike Mt. Prutas!). The room was a nice size with comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom with hot water. The breakfast was lovely. And they even provide take out containers at breakfast so you can pack an extra sandwich for lunch, which was so generous and just what we needed for our hike day. They also have drinks (even mulled wine!) and a great lounge area so you can sit and play games in the evening. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

Listing shows two different rentals on the same photos which is a bit misleading, one is bigger than the other and has a double bed, the other is two singles and fairly cramped upstairs. "Great location with easy access to the lake and multiple hiking trails and an easy 20 minute walk into town. Helena was a great host. We had an issue with our private transfer canceling the day before our departure so we had to scramble to find a way back to Dubrovnik to catch a flight. I reached out to the host and Helena responded right away and helped us with finding transportation options."

"A lovely spot with a great view, and most importantly the host and his son were responsive to everything. You are not in the UK, US or EU, the electricity went out, the water went off and the internet went down in the week I was there, but it was not a big deal, they were on it and had it fixed in no time. The bed was the best, a memory foam topper, the kitchen could use a few more items like toaster, spatula and cheese grater, but it was all a wonderful experience. Close to town, you can walk, and it felt like you were a part of the family there! Very clean! Very kind hosts!!"
