Perfect for a summer holiday in Durban with the whole family! This modern home is an entertainers dream with a stunning open plan lounge, dining room and 5 star kitchen that leads out through glass staking doors onto a balcony with a stunning sea view. The garden has a deck perfect for a braai, as well as a gorgeous swimming pool and built in trampoline and jungle gym for the kids! The bedrooms are generously proportioned and the main bedroom has a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with his and her basin, a showe and bath tub. The family bathroom for the other two bedrooms has a shower but no bathtub.
Situated in the safe, quiet neighbourhood of Durban north, you are a simple 10 minute drive from Umhlanga (to the north) and Durban City (to the south). The Mckeurtan “high street” with the trendiest of shops and restaurants is a 2 minute walk from our home.
