Equipped with a comfortable King bed, AC, uncapped fibre, smart tv & well-stocked kitchen etc. This apartment is ideal for both work and holiday needs, and the perfect starting point to explore Durban. Nestled in the heart of the Point Waterfront as well as the most enjoyable swimming beach in Durban. • This is a no smoking unit • To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted. • NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager. • Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events. • We\`re remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily, • Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable. • Please note that our services do not include a daily cleaning service, we do, however, include a mandatory exit cleaning fee, tailored to each room type, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. While we offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost for extended stays or shorter bookings, we encourage self-sufficiency with the convenience of an in-unit washing machine, as our accommodations are self-catering.
