Location was great. They have a curtesy shuttle that will drive you within a 3-mile radius so I able to get a ride to American Airlines center and then walked back that night after a concert. I had an Expedia VIP perk of having $30 off on food but caveat being that when ordering room service, you have to pay an amenity fee which was $25 and the food was >than $30 so not sure the perk is useful when used in this way as I could get something way cheaper elsewhere. My preference is for beds and pillows to be firmer and theirs was quite soft and sunken so did not sleep well. It was quiet and the room was nice overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fort Worth West. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, peacefully quiet, and offered a very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast was great—fresh, well-stocked, and a perfect start to the day. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the well-kept facilities, made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fort Worth area!

The place was odd but ok. The lobby smelled weird and the check-in was kind of hidden around the corner and the person was dressed in sloppy clothes, like a HS student would dress.
The room was fine but stark, concrete floors. The bed was comfy and shower was amazing but the AC was awful. It felt like I was on take-off in a plane for the entire night. Also, when you turned on the bathroom light, it got even louder.
All in all, it was an odd stay.

"The spa tower is so nice and very clean! The valets, desk and bag handlers were so helpful and knowledgeable and so sweet/kind!! Once we start walking it was actually easy to figure out how to get around!! The pols were lots of fun and my granddaughters had a great time in them!!!"
