Home in the "Woods"
This home was very clean and comfortable. It was pretty close to the Rainbow River and K.P. Hole for swimming. I think others will enjoy their stay as well.

What a great home. We have family in the area that we were supposed to stay with, but they came down sick. We booked here on very short notice. Thank you for the use of your fabulous home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay again. Tried to get the towels and such washed, but had an early flight out. Sorry..

Family Reunion
The layout of house was the main reason I booked it. G-ma and G-pa in Master on one wing and other bedrooms and baths on opposite side of house for grandkids and mom and dad. The house is the PERFECT size for a group. The pool was a blessing and well needed. Pool very clean! Kitchen has everything you need

We love this place!
We love this home. It is our second time staying there. This time we had a mini family reunion. It was the perfect size. And a great escape from city life. The horseshoe pit is gone and the back is changed up a little. Looks like there is a plan to add something cool. Can't wait to see whats next. 😍

Woodland luxury home
This is our second time staying here, and we love it. It is a large spacious house, which is beautifully decorated and well stocked with all that’s needed. There is a lovely covered patio, looking out at the pool, which is covered by a lanai, then out in the yard is a lovely shaded table and chairs, and in another corner, a nice conversation area. Location is so convenient near all the stores and close to the Rainbow River.

Absolutely a wonderful house!
We had such a wonderful time, the house is so well stocked. The back yard with the fire pit we used every night. The next door neighbor has some horses and was super fun to watch them play. Thank you so much for being such a great host!

Family fun time
What a great home. We have family in the area that we were visiting. Thank you for the use of your fabulous home. What a tranquil and relaxing vacation. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay again. The only issue was the request to have towels and bed linens washed before leaving. Unfortunately we lady at 8:30 am and tried to wash what we could but didn’t have the time in the morning to complete all lines. Sorry but I tried.

Great property and location. Only thing that needed some attention was the grill was not clean when arrived and the pool needed a good cleaning as well. Overall though it was the perfect place for us to unwind and enjoy nature.

The house was immaculate and all the instructions were accurate. We did not need to contact the owner. The pool and neighborhood are very attractive features of this house. Also, it is very close to KPHole. Only bummer was having to wash and dry the linens before leaving; with a full house it took a long time.

Wonderful house near Rainbow river
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and spacious property. It's location is terrific, surrounded by nature and only minutes away from the Rainbow River and the Rainbow Springs state park. The house is very well kept, very clean, wonderfully decorated. There are four bedrooms that comfortably fitted our two families (8 altogether). All you need for cooking, chilling and having a good time is there. We loved the big pool. Tom was a wonderful host and always quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely Amazing
This was the first time I have rented a VRBO property and was so impressed with EVERYTHING about it! So many things were provided that the family and I hardly had to bring anything. The house was a beautiful setting and so peaceful and quiet. It was located about 10 minutes from the main entrance to Rainbow Springs Park which was ideal. My grandsons loved swimming in the pool several times a day. The house is perfect for families. I got in touch with the owner once and he immediately responded to my question. This vacation was a wonderful experience and we hope to go there again in the future.

Everything-all in one
Mr. Rills home was exactly what my family and I were looking for! This location was perfect for us to relax, and unwind-especially after a day on the Rainbow River. We spent lots of time in the pool, got in a good walk around the neighborhood, enjoyed s’mores in the lovely outdoor sitting area. I even won bragging rights to winning the game of horse shoes. My husband, and daughter enjoyed the old school video game, while I enjoyed the jets spa tub! Thanks!

Awesome stay on rainbow river
The house was fairly easy to find with instructions from owner, nice and tucked away in the woods. Very clean inside and out. Could not of asked for a nicer stay! Minutes from rainbow springs and short drive to devils den and crystal river which is why we were visiting the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to visit this part of Florida and we would absolutely rent again if we come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house tucked away
The home was just as described. The cleanliness was 5 star and the location was great. 2 minute drive to Rainbow River. The pool was perfect for when you just wanted to relax instead of going to the river. Yard was wonderful for kids to run around and we even had a huge white turkey visit us. Beds were really comfortable and there were plenty of TVs if you just wanted to be by yourself. Overall it was a wonderful house for Memorial weekend. Host was almost immediate in responding too.

This home is amazing. The accommodations are luxurious, spotless, and lots of amenities.
Lots of amenities - sparkling pool, wi-fi, games, fire pit, laundry, great kitchen, and beautiful rooms. Close to kayaking. And we saw deer. So relaxing. Would come here again!

This house had everything that we could have wanted in a rental. My brothers and I were in Florida visiting our parents over Christmas. We would definitely stay here again during warmer months to take advantage of the nearby nature parks and pool. It was clean and the beds were all comfortable.

Great location, plenty of room
This property is very inviting and had plenty of space for our seven people. Communication with the owner was timely and appreciated before, during and after our stay. I would suggest bringing house shoes because all the main rooms are tile. The owner was kind enough to provide some essentials like soaps, paper towels, coffee, etc. The location was great for our activities…Crystal River, Rainbow River and Blue Grotto are all within 30 minutes. This area is great for the outdoors type! It was nice to be 5 minutes from a grocery store as well. The waterfall of the pool (it was too cold for our Dec trip to use) and the sitting area out front with water features was very tranquil. If you have little ones just be aware of how many doors lead to the outside and pool area (the doors do sound when opened thankfully). Overall, we had a great stay in this lovely home in a quiet area, perfect location for our trip!

Family get together for Christmas in Florida
This is our third stay at this wonderful home. The owner is awesome, very responsive with any questions. Very relaxed atmosphere, couldn’t have asked for any better. Groceries are available for delivery also if you order from one of the local markets using one of the common online delivery services. which is a plus after arriving. There is wildlife like deer and Guinea hens that roam around and make it so nice in the morning to watch. We couldn’t be happier. Great location to do day trip to Disney, the natural springs, the coast is easily driveable for a day trip also. We visited crystal river for a nice day trip. Overall we cannot wait fo return.

We had an amazing time!!! This property was everything described and more!!!! We saw deer and ginnies every single day, the owner was super helpful in telling is about beaches when I asked him. We are already looking forward to booking the house for another big family stay next year!!! I only wish the pool had been heated or the nights warmer!!! This house was absolutely one of our favorite by far!!!!! We definitely look forward to our next stay

Family Kayaking trip
We went to Rainbow Springs for kayaking and swimming in the spring head waters. The house was so close by. Great location, private, peaceful, very clean and well kept up. We had all the amenities we needed. It felt like being home but we were away. The kitchen was great for cooking, the pool was wonderful. The kids had a blast. There were turkeys in the yard. So funny. We played horseshoes and sat outside to relax. The boys found a raccoon skeleton in the woods which thrilled them. We saw turtles and deer on the road coming in. There were two living rooms. The one adjacent to the kitchen was our home base for tv, games, relaxing and eating. Thank you for such a lovely home.

A beautiful home located in the woods. It was so relaxing and quiet. The home was near fun entertainment like tubing. The house pool made it great for those who wanted to stay home and swim. Everybody got their own room and we all enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back!

Lovely very clean home. More than enough room for our family to spread out. Well equipped with towels/supplies. Game room area for kids to enjoy. Pool was wonderful. Nice quiet location but very close to Rainbow River. Winn-Dixie a couple miles away. Owner easy to book with and quick to respond to messages. All around a great rental property.
