    "Staff were lovely and the hotel was in a convenient spot. However, room was not up to our standards regarding cleanliness. Stains down the side of the bedside tables and the checkered layered on the top was peeling off. Rust in the bathroom. Small bugs on the ceiling. Wifi was awful- constantly lost connection in our room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Tv had a strange timer where it just randomly shut off. There is no ice machine or water available (outside of the sink) on site."

    "Our apartment was extremely spacious. Family of 6 - 4 adults and 2 older teens - beds catered perfectly, bathroom and ensuite in main bedroom, laundry, kitchen, dining and lounge, 2 balconies. Everyone had their own space, but also great living areas to be together in. Staff very pleasant and accommodating, easy check in, clean. Could do with a referb, but facilities all functional and clean. Location near The Rocks and a short walk to train station or city centre. Would book again."

"To say I was disappointed to pay top price for 3 nights accomodation only to have my family and I kept awake all Saturday and part Sunday night by a DJ who I’m assuming was associated with the hotel in a venue below.
