"Very disappointed. Long wait to check in. Plugged bathroom sink. Had to try to plunge it on my own. No maintenance on duty. Disgusting. Dogs barking across hall. Our room had dog food on carpet and dog hair on couch. Floor not vacuumed. Took 4x to get a room and had to downgrade. Just a bad experience overall but manager gave me a refund and the beds were very comfortable on a positive note."

"This was my second stay at this location. It would be simple to say everything was notably clean, had a great staff, ample safe parking, with very comfortable accommodations with both size/space and for sleep. It is. This is the kinda place where you might peak at the mattress brand because you got a great night sleep. It is just a restful, stress free place. The owners/managers clearly understand how to provide travelers with a great environment and economical value when on the road. Plenty of great choices nearby to eat and shop if needed. "Having the pool by the lobby and rooms was an engineering mistake, every time I went in or out of the hotel I had to put up with the nasty smell of chlorine."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property was not clean and appeared poorly maintained overall. The elevators were not working properly, which made getting around very inconvenient. The room definitely needs upgrades — the furniture was old and worn down, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pool area was also disappointing. It was small, dirty, overcrowded with kids, and there seemed to be no staff monitoring or organizing the area, which made it feel chaotic and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made."
