9/10 Wonderful! (789 reviews)
The water slides were closed on Saturday afternoon which is one of the main reasons we went. Multiple people were complaining and the staff said they were under staffed- eventually a girl came down and opened the green slide for ten five minutes only then closed it again. The black slide was unavailable, possibly broken. The kids activity zone was another reason we made the journey. Unfortunately there was only one car available for the driving experience which led to queues. The helter skelter was also unavailable due to lack of staff. All staff were very friendly but under such pressure. The food was excellent but I doubt I would go back. There's no point in advertising facilities that aren't available to use. Very disappointed.
