From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the owner. The room was big and very comfortable. It also had a washing machine and tumble dryer which was great for us as we had been travelling around the South Island for a week and had a caseful of dirty clothes! Highly recommended.

We were really surprised how lovely the hotel was. Sometimes these “boutique” hotels don’t work for me but this was just lovely. Nice big room and great location. Dunedin is such a great place to visit too.

Easy parking on site and the staff were super helpful. Clean room with added bonus of a night light in the bathroom. Also great having a restaurant and a cafe so close.

Property in a very good location and fairly easy on street parking (at a cost).
The room in the attic was nicely finished but (as we were warned) had no windows and just a skylight which did feel a little claustrophobic. It also had the smallest fridge I have ever seen - could have done with something larger (there was the room for one)

It is a great motel very close to the city centre. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. I will highly recommend this motel.

This place is really lovely
Beautiful decor and had everything you need
Includes free use of washing machine and dryer. Plenty of tea and coffee provided and quality toiletries. Very comfortable stay in a quiet location. The only negative was when asked about walk to supermarket or town receptionist replied she wouldn't walk it and was rather unhelpful
We found the way to town ourselves and walked it without a problem. Caught the bus back up the hill. Very friendly bus driver provided a...

Room #113
Location is amazing.
Hotel parking was worth the hassle free parking for $12:50
Cecelia's knowledge at reception about what to do and where to go was legendary.
Apartment was extremely well supplied with all you need when away from home including washer and dryer.
Room was private but also the privacy blinds were great.
All in all a 1st Class stay and we would book here again without any doubts...
Keep up the good work.

Convenient place to stay for central Dunedin and the University of Otago. 24-hour shop across the road was an asset too. The only significant challenge I had was getting my room cleaned at times that suited me. Otherwise, a good place.
