The room was spotless. The staff was always smiling and courteous and willing to help. The whole facility was fresh and clean and well maintained. The food and drinks were always fresh and delicious. Honestly zero complaints. Would highly recommend!

The most outstanding and consistent part of our stay was the staff, they were truly amazing. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, from the front desk to the kitchen.
The nightly entertainment was enjoyable, and the food options were even better. Big up to the chefs at the Sakuru hibachi restaurant; they, along with the waitresses, made the experience unforgettable.
We also did a couples spa treatment, and it was absolutely worth it, clean facilities and expert massages all around.

We had an amazing stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to D’Andre, our waiter, who truly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs — he was such a joy and made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were very clean, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and even though the weather wasn’t great, our stay was still incredible. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort
