Staff were so friendly. Main areas are clean and in great shape.
Room appeared clean but had mystery hair clumps in the bathroom and shower. And some small blood staining on the comforter.
Otherwise it was great. Amenities were amazing. Staff were super friendly. Great pool. Lots of towels. Super comfy beds !

You have to oark a block away from the hotel The hotel requires a deposit that can only be paid with a credit card. No debit or virtual visa. The room was very expensive and very outdated. The furniture is old and the finish was coming off. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Not a good experience ...

I had to search several floors for ice buckets as the stuff lockers on 2 different floors had none. When I did find some the plastic bags were missing. Then I had to get back in the elevator as there are only ice machines on 2 specific floors. I didn’t expect getting ice could be so difficult.
