Great place, lots of space and comfortable outdoor areas. We had a toddler along and the kids play things were a nice touch. Owner responded quickly to questions and very helpful. Only reason for a 4 instead of 5 is the description of three bedrooms. The third bedroom is a converted den with open area for dining and kitchen. It would be uncomfortable for a third bedroom as there is no door and it is more a common living area with a bed. We did have to do some initial child-proofing (hiding cords, adjusting window blinds, locking backyard gates, etc.) but that's to be expected at any place when you have kids our age. A couple of issues did come up during our stay but Daniel was on top of it and took care of them right away!
