"Great location and views. Rooms a bit dated. It had a basic kitchen if you wanted to cook. One receptionist was very friendly. Apartment good size, we had 4 adults. Room also had a couch bed that was also comfortable. We didn't eat at hotel. Room not serviced for the 3 nights we were there. We ran out of toilet paper, reception have us more. The fire alarm went off 1x during the day + then at night, which were false alarms and seemed to be a common issue when reading the reviews."

"We were in the 10th floor overlooking the Baie de Citrons. The apartment was spacious, the views were awesome, and the location was great - short walk to Anse Vata or the marina, where there's a little mall. The apartment had everything we needed, full kitchen, living and bedroom separately. The staff was amazing - friendly and extremely helpful. "What a beautiful location! Snorkeling right off our steps on a beautiful coral reef. The abundant fish life and turtles were a highlight. The layout of the resort and its amenities are well thought out. Everything about our stay from pick up at Moselle Wharf to the drop off a week later was easy thanks to the staff and their organisation. Would highly recommend staying in the overwater bungalows."

"Beautiful view and nice large rooms and balcony over looking the water. Great for our family of 5. Nicely renovated and clean. Pool is small and in the shade, we never ended up using it. You can’t turn the fans off in the ensuite shower it toilet so if you are a light sleeper you may find it annoying. We enjoyed our holiday and would stay again."

"I booked the room for my aunty who travelled solo and she enjoyed her stay very much. The staff was very attentive, looked after her, went above and beyond, everything was perfect. The hotel was very well located and it was easy for her to explore the surroundings by foot. I will not hesitate to book the same hotel in the future for myself or recommend it to my family and friends. The staff was also very responsive to my messages - excellent communication. Very satisfied overall."

"Wonderful sea view from the apartment. Balcony was a lovely place to be first thing in the morning & also in the evening to watch sunset. Just a quick walk to Anse Vata beach for amazing swimming with lifeguards on duty. Very convenient to head out to duck or master islands for the day( just pop across the road) Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge/ freezer which made it so convenient."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, incredibly helpful, and all spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless. A special mention to the cleaning team, who were outstanding and went above and beyond every day—their attention to detail was remarkable. The pool and beach areas were beautiful and a real highlight—immaculately maintained and perfect for relaxing. The only minor downside was the bathing attire restrictions at the Aqua Spa; however, the staff handled this with great courtesy and professionalism when explaining the policy, which we appreciated. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay."
