Great value for money. Service was great, amenities spot on. Good sleep even if the mattress was a tad on the firm side. Will stay again without a doubt.

The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. The lights are very bright. This means you cannot leave bedroom door open at night which is difficult when it’s warm. As there’s no air conditioning this would be a major issue in hot weather. It also means trips to the bathroom at night are major issue in waking people up. As a result I would NOT recommend this room to friends and colleagues for these reasons Sorry guys but the room is excellent but the light issue is a major problem

Overall stay ok but communication with the company was poor. I complained about a terrible smell in the bedroom which wasn’t acknowledged by them. The induction hob didn’t work, so cooking was limited during my stay. I asked for an extra towel which they said they would provide but it never came. I’ve communicated this all to them through WhatsApp but have had no response.

Always an interesting excellent budget stay here. Rooms clean. Wit con certainly helped too this weekend. Dog friendly which is a bonus

After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, it was a great stay for our family of 4. The studio was as advertised and the sofa bed was made up for our kids. The room had everything we needed, everything worked and the location you can’t beat (for Clifton village). Yes, parking can be a bit tricky here but we know the area and you can always find street parking for a fee. We also stayed Saturday night, so paid the premium but would still recommend and return. Think the main takeaway from other people’s negative reviews is the checking process, but if you check in online as requested, you receive your entry codes for both doors prior to arriving and that’s all you need. We booked 24 hours prior and had no problems
