The AmericInn was not a great place to stay. Our room looked as though it was still in a renovation process that had not been completed. Our room literally had blue painter's tape connecting a new piece of carpeting to an old one along with chunks of trim and other aspects that felt like we were staying in a room stuck between the old room and whatever the renovated room was supposed to look like. This hotel was cheap so I guess it was a bed to crash on but was not a place I would choose to stay again.

Staff was great, room was clean but it looks like it was halfway through an update so had some mismatched carpet and missing trim. Very loud plumbing system in the building, i could hear when other rooms either started a shower or flushed lol, but other than that all aroujd decent stay.

The young man at the desk wasn't very friendly-didn't appear customer like we interrupted him! As far as the room-looks like it was going through a remodel as there was carpet tape on the floor and not very secure. The lighting was horrible!! Could not read in bed and light switch inconvenient! Price was good however!

The room was overpriced. The baseboard heaters were broken. There was 2 different carpet patterns held down by painters tape. The floorboard base boards were missing. The reading lamps by the bed were so high up i couldn't reach them standing by the bed. The bed frame was held together with tape. Breakfast was nice. The TV in the room was good. The bathroom mirror was nice too.

We didn't even go in... The outside looks like a dump! Paint peeling off the building, air conditioner covers all chipped and junky looking. Shame on you Hotels.com for even considering this dump on your site. AND...don't ask for a refund because you're screwed. This is the 2nd and last time we will be using Hotels.com. The first time was also a Wyndham property in Albequerque, NM. which was nothing more than a crack den. Really, we were offered drugs in their parking lot. The sheets had foot prints, the light fixtures were falling down. Stay away from Hotels.com AND any Wyndham property.
