Peppers Manly Beach
8/10 Good
"Great location. Would stay again in beach view room. BUT, our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly (biscuit on floor near toilet & bath filthy). Staff promptly sent someone to clean. Notified hotel of our early arrival as we knew check-in was 3pm. Fair enough, Arrived 8am after long flight. Check-out is 11am. So rooms would start being cleaned at that time. Told they’d contact when a room was available. We went for a coffee and long walk (perfect location to do this). Returned 12:30. Waited in lobby. Waited out the front. Kept waiting. Staff said room should be ready soon (on several occasions) By 2pm someone offered us water and we discovered a water fountain we could have used ourselves the entire time. We were told it could be 10 or 20 mins more. Finally given our room at 3pm. Check-in time! IF someone had just said no early check-in we could understand, but to wait and wait and be told repeatedly ‘the room should be ready soon” made the wait worse. Staff in reception lovely to chat with and we are friendly. Perhaps we should have complained or become angry, as those types of people seem to get action. Disappointed after a 15 hour flight to have a 7 hour wait for check-in, after being told a room should be ready around midday after checkout & cleaning. Then to discover the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly made it worse."
Manly Waves Studios & Apartments
8/10 Good
"It was a good base as within 15 mins walk of the Corso and seconds from the beach. Only gripe was that it could do with attention to decoration and sealant/fitting around the basin area but very serviceable."

"Very nice hotel, expensive but nice!"
Mercure Sydney Manly Warringah

"The place was close to where we wanted to be with good access to shops and places to eat."
Stay At Ivanhoe Apartments Manly Beach
10/10 Excellent
"Room was amazing, especially for price. Floors definitely needed a vacuum as there was sand throughout the apartment, not visible to the eye due to the flooring but had to dust off feet before hoping into bed"
The Sebel Sydney Manly Beach
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic location in Manly with great amenities nearby! I recently stayed at The Sebel in Manly and had a wonderful time. The property is in a truly prime location! Just a heads-up for future travelers: the hotel sits right behind The Peppers, so you don't get a direct view of the ocean from your room. However, the beach is only a few minutes' walk away, where you can take in the beautiful sea views. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient. The main road is lined with plenty of great eateries and pubs. I highly recommend trying the in-house restaurant at The Peppers next door—the food there is absolutely delicious and very affordable! It does get quite busy at dinner time, so it's a good idea to book a table in advance. If you're visiting over the weekend, the Saturday Markets are just a short walk away and definitely worth checking out. A few quick tips on getting here and parking: • By Ferry: If you're taking the Sydney Ferry to Manly, it’s an easy, flat walk to the hotel that takes less than 10 minutes. • By Car: There is no free parking available. Street parking is all metered, or you can use the hotel's secure car park for around $40. Overall, it's a brilliant base for exploring Manly, and I would definitely stay here again!"
Stoke Beach House - Hostel

"I don’t mind the property, but what would I change breakfast at 7 AM would work better and also add shampoo and conditioner to every shower because now my hair is greasy and I don’t have the budget to buy more."

Nightelier Narrabeen
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were huge. We stayed in an ocean view room with our two 6ft teenage boys and had plenty of room. Queen beds were super comfy and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage for the 4 of us. A generous sized fridge to keep plenty of snacks for our teenagers. Great size balcony overlooking the ocean and a tavern directly below with lots on the menu to choose from and reasonable prices. Fabulous location!"
