(390 reviews) Lovely and helpful staff. Room was impeccably clean, but very small. There was no place to open my luggage and once it was set on the floor, I couldn’t get out to the balcony. The same, could have used a chair and side table, so one can sit out. Darling Harbour is lovely to explore and close by, but the quickest access is through and down the elevator, in the parking lot by the Novotel. I did not feel the safest walking through there at dark. Quiet and not well lit. But overall, this 2night stay met my needs. Thank you!
