We pride ourselves on doing our best to make this as family-friendly of a home as possible. With the open floor plan, fenced-in backyard, comfy beds, & stunning kitchen, this cozy new build offers everything you will need. The main living space features a large sectional sofa and TV, perfect for lounging after a big day. The fully stocked kitchen includes all that you need for a home-cooked meal. It also features all appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. The kitchen island has seating for 3\. In addition to the kitchen and living room, there is a dining room table seating for 4\. The open layout allows for easy navigation between the 3 areas. The property features 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a double vanity, and walk-in closet. The primary bedroom includes a desk workspace and a smart tv. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and an oversized closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bathroom that has a tub shower. This property also features a washer and dryer for guest use.
