Check in time is 3pm & we arrived at 6 and the room STILL wasnt ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes before our room was ready. This was extremely frustrating as we werr almost late for the event we were attending. When we got into the room, there was chocolate all over the door to the refrigerator. So, not only was the room not ready over 3 hours after check in time, it wasnt fully clean.
All staff we came in contact with were very friendly.
