Explore Southern Utah’s national parks, enjoy ride-in, ride-out ATV/UTV access, hit the snow in winter, or simply unwind among the pines.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close and lock all windows and exterior doors. Strip bedding from beds that were used and leave the bedding in a pile beside each bed.
During winter months, please leave the thermostat set to 50°F. Do not turn the heating system off. Please take all trash to the community dumpsters; a map will be provided.
Before departing, if used, please make sure the indoor wood fireplace is completely extinguished, with no active fire, hot embers, or burning material remaining.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
