Welcome to Duck Creek Village at 8500 ft! In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here`s what you need to know: Before you set off: 1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah`s UDot app and Wunderground`s website (zip code 84762). 2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms. Once snow arrives: • Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended. • Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay. • Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly. Keep in mind: • Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly. • While we`re a small village, we`re here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe. For a stress-free getaway, call us ahead to tailor your trip to perfection! Your Host, Duck Creek Management

The hot tub was perfect! Overall a nice stay, a deep clean on the cabin, and updated bedding and towels would go a long way to five stars. The outdoor grill was an amazing addition!
Our stay was great! We all really enjoyed the Jacuzzi, outdoor porches and fire pit area. Plenty of room for our 3 grandsons, 1 pup, husband and I. It is a beautiful location, many things in a short distance which was great since we were traveling with kids. The only downside was the ATV and UTV traffic went way to fast for a residential area with children playing so close to the road. The property mgmt. communication was prompt, accommodating and I would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay!
Overall cute spot, hot water didnt work for second night of stay unfortunately and wifi went out that night as well. Hottub felt great at night though.
So cozy. Close to villiage yet felt just the right amount of seclusion.
Loved this cabin! Shall we return to this area I’d specifically seek out this place. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after sightseeing & we appreciated all the minor amenities included like spices, oils, cooking supplies etc. If I had any complaint, ’d be that in upstairs loft area there was minimal airflow and even on cooler nights it felt a bit suffocating up there. But the pull out couches were nice (with extra padding) and slept just fine downstairs. A+ hosts. Beautiful property with plenty of privacy but quick drive to town. Can’t ask for much more!!
Our stay was pleasant. The Cabin is small but comfortable for our family of 4 and dog. The hot tub was a very nice addition to the stay. All in all it was a good experience and we would definitely recommend and may stay here again in the future.
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the cabin booked through Vrbo. Firstly, I was charged a $79 service fee without my prior knowledge or consent. Secondly, I was charged an additional $150 pet fee for my service dog, which was not disclosed during the booking process.
Furthermore, the accessibility to the cabin was challenging, requiring a four-wheeler, which was not mentioned in the property description. The condition of the cabin was subpar, with noticeable dirt and cobwebs on the outside patio. Additionally, the BBQ grill was not functional, and the bedroom was located upstairs while the bathroom was downstairs, causing inconvenience.
To add to my disappointment, I received a threatening email from the property management stating that I would be charged if I did not take out the trash. This was not the level of service I expected, and I believe that these issues should be addressed promptly.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into these matters and expect a satisfactory resolution. I would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
