A $150 non-refundable pet fee covers up to two dogs. They must be added at booking. Undisclosed pets—even at pet-friendly properties—may result in significant fees. We all really enjoyed the Jacuzzi, outdoor porches and fire pit area. Plenty of room for our 3 grandsons, 1 pup, husband and I. It is a beautiful location, many things in a short distance which was great since we were traveling with kids. The only downside was the ATV and UTV traffic went way to fast for a residential area with children playing so close to the road. But the pull out couches were nice (with extra padding) and slept just fine downstairs. A+ hosts. Beautiful property with plenty of privacy but quick drive to town. Firstly, I was charged a $79 service fee without my prior knowledge or consent. Secondly, I was charged an additional $150 pet fee for my service dog, which was not disclosed during the booking process. Furthermore, the accessibility to the cabin was challenging, requiring a four-wheeler, which was not mentioned in the property description. The condition of the cabin was subpar, with noticeable dirt and cobwebs on the outside patio. Additionally, the BBQ grill was not functional, and the bedroom was located upstairs while the bathroom was downstairs, causing inconvenience. To add to my disappointment, I received a threatening email from the property management stating that I would be charged if I did not take out the trash. This was not the level of service I expected, and I believe that these issues should be addressed promptly. I kindly request a thorough investigation into these matters and expect a satisfactory resolution. I would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience.
